We respect your time and our dedication to providing top-notch service. We've established this No-Show, No-Call Policy to ensure fairness and maintain service quality:
1. Reschedule or Cancel: Please notify us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment.
2. No-Show or No-Call: Missing an appointment without notice may result in a fee. It’s 50% for less than 24 hours’ notice and 100% for no-shows.
3. Unexpected Situations: Emergencies can happen. If you can’t make it due to unexpected circumstances, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Your Feedback Matters: We value your input and are open to your concerns. Please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime.
5. Ensuring Commitment: After two incidents, we may request pre-payment for future appointments to secure your slot.
